The Swiss Commission for Polar and High-Altitude Research SKPH and the Swiss Commission for the High-Altitude Research Station Jungfraujoch SKJFJ, with the participation of the Swiss Foundation for Alpine Research SFAR will jointly award the young researcher prize «Prix de Quervain» in late autumn 2023 in Bern.

The Prix de Quervain 2023 will be announced in the field of high-altitude research, i.e., on topics that concern the high mountains (e.g., cryosphere research or environmental research using them), or necessarily originated in them (e.g., atmospheric research in the free troposphere, high-altitude medicine, etc.).
